Our Process
How Independent Family Assessments Are Conducted
Livian Consulting follows a clear and transparent assessment process that supports the Court and protects the integrity of each matter. All assessments are carried out with neutrality and a strong focus on the safety and wellbeing of children. The steps below outline what you can expect once a referral is accepted.
1. Referral and Intake Review
Once a referral is submitted, all documents are reviewed to confirm suitability and identify the type of assessment required. This may include court orders, brief material, affidavits, chronology documents and any relevant reports.
If the matter is accepted, the referrer receives confirmation along with an outline of next steps.
